Shadowing
Shadowing is regularly scheduled each week during the whole first year of work so our new graduates have the opportunity to watch and learn from all our practitioners.
Professional Development
Our whole team gets together every 6 weeks for a ‘CPD bootcamp’ during working hours to ensure we are utilising the best research available into our everyday practice.
